VEHICLE COLLISION: CHP Investigates Fatal Vehicle Accident in Fresno

Fresno- California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers are investigating a vehicle accident which claimed the life of one driver and caused injuries to others.

According to reports, the incident occurred on Harlan Avenue and Highway 41 along the Riverdale area.

A 35-year-old male Jeep Wrangler driver was passing traffic and speeding. He hit several cars and was then thrown off the vehicle.

Authorities have not yet released his name.

Meanwhile, occupants of the vehicles the Wrangler hit did not sustain serious injuries, said reports.
