Motorcycle Accident: Camp Rock Star Mdot Finley Severely Injured in Motorcycle Accident

Los Angeles-- Camp Rock actor Matthew "Mdot" Finley has suffered serious injuries after crashing his motorcycle in Malibu on Thursday.

The 23-year-old artist was traversing Malibu when he lost control of his motorcycle and fell over a cliff. Rescuers arrived and rushed the young singer to UCLA Medical Center for treatment of multiple fractures.

Finley's representative commented that the musician will undergo several surgeries. In his Twitter account, he affirmed fans that he'll recover soon to resume singing and performing on stage.

Finley was known for his role as "Luke Williams" in Disney's Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. He also appeared on MTV's show Becoming. His four songs were featured in the Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam soundtrack.
