WORKPLACE ACCIDENTS: Field Crew Boss Injured when Hit by Tractor

Sanger - A male field crew boss has sustained injuries when a tractor ran him over. According to reports, the accident occurred near Central and Indianola avenues.

A Fresno County spokeswoman stated that the man, who is in his 40s, got off the tractor to get to the water, but left it in gear. He was struck by tractor when he slipped while trying to stop the machine as it began to roll.

The man was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno. His condition is still unavailable, said reports.
