EMPLOYMENT LAW: OSHA and PG&E Investigate Accident that Killed Worker
Mar 18, 2010Benicia - The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) and Pacific Gas and Electric Co. (PG&E) have conducted an investigation after a worker died due to electrocution.
Reports stated that the man who was identified as Maximiliano Martinez, 26, was killed while working inside an underground vault that contains high-voltage power lines at Panorama Drive and Panorama Court.
Martinez, who was employed as a general construction lineman, reportedly worked for the company for around five years and was assigned in Calistoga.
