Sacramento – The Sacramento Police Department are currently investigating a fatal car accident in Southern Sacramento that killed a woman and her infant son yesterday.

Authorities identified the victims as 24-year-old Nancy Naranjo and her eight-month-old son Joshua.

According to police, the sedan that Naranjo and her son were riding was stopped at a red light at about 5:00 am at the intersection of Orange Avenue and Stockton Boulevard when a Toyota 4Runner rear-ended them.

Authorities said that Her was running at high speeds before he rear-ended Naranjo’s car.
