PRODUCT RECALL: Suzuki’s Kizashi Recalled for Defect
July 6, 2010
Washington - Suzuki has recently announced recall on some 5,107 Kizashi sedans after they received complaints regarding safety issues on its glove box that has a tendency to open during a crash and injure the vehicle’s occupant, reports said.
The recall notice with the National Highway Safety Administration shows that the lower box on the dashboard failed to conform to the “occupational protection interior impact” thus, increasing the risk of the passenger being injured during a crash.
To address the problem, Suzuki will replace the defective parts for free. Owners can contact their office to learn more on the recall and how their vehicles can be repaired.
