Teacher Absolved in Death of Five-year Old Boy Hit by Car

Cupertino – Authorities did not file any charges against the teacher, involving an accident that resulted in the death of a five year old boy. The police are still determining the cause of the accident and the liability of different parties in it.

According to police reports, Nelson Wei died last October 15 when he was picked up by the teacher in his Acura SUV from Lincoln Elementary School and dropped off at Elite Chinese School. After the victim got out of the car, he was hit by the vehicle.

The investigation is still ongoing.
