AVIATION ACCIDENT: Watsonville Plane Crash leaves Four People Dead

Watsonville – A small plane crashed in a hospital parking lot in Watsonville, California killing Santa Cruz residents David Edward Houghton, his wife and their two sons, aviation authorities have reported.
The 37-year-old single-engine plane skidded into a vacant medical office building shortly after its take off from Watsonville Municipal Airport at around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
David Houghton who would have turned 45 on Monday, his wife Dorothy 44-year-old, and their sons, Luke, 12, and Ryan, 10, were heading to Tuolumne County to meet relatives.
According to spokeswoman for Watsonville Community Hospital, nobody on the ground or in the hospital was injured and all areas in the facility remain operational.
The National Transportation Safety Board investigators are still evaluating the possible causes of the crash.
